國科會人文處管理一學門與元智大學企業管理學系將於2005年12月03日(週六)與12月04日(週日),假台北公務人力中心2樓(卓越廳),舉辦為期兩天的卓越研究營。本次研究營邀請到美國人力資源發展季刊(Human Resource
Development Quarterly) 之首任與現任主編,針對人力資源領域之研究與投稿,與國內學者進行相關議題之研討。歡迎人力資源發展、人力資源管理、組織發展、組織行為、以及其他相關領域的學者與博碩士生踴躍報名參加。 |

| 每位授課講座將進行三場演講。同時,本次活動亦延續過去國科會卓越研究營的傳統,將於課程中請講座教師針對與會學者的研究計畫予以評論,同時進行意見交換與互動。歡迎報名者同時投稿英文研究計畫書或進行中論文(Research Proposal or working paper in English, 頁數不超過5頁,主題為人力資源領域相關議題),授課講座將會從中選出數篇給予評論與建議。 | ||||||||||||||||||||
