·Possess an appropriate doctorate from an accredited university. If ABD, completion of the doctorate may be a requirement for continued employment and will be a prerequisite for promotion.

·Have multidisciplinary interests, including one of the four niche areas of the Department – Marketing, Technology/Strategic Management, Human Resource/Organization Management, and e-Business Management.

·Have a record of professional achievements and research leading to publications and scholarly papers.

·Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Emphasize pragmatic teaching applications, ideally enhanced by industry experience.

Department Profile: 

The Business Administration Department serves approximately 480 undergraduates, 70 MBAs, 130 EMBAs, and 40 Ph.D. students.

Research and Teaching resources include: 2 research centers: Service Innovation Center, e-Business Center; 4 research labs: Marketing, Human Resource and Organization, Technological and Innovation, e-Business.The Department is well equipped with e-business software and hardware, including an Oracle-based ERP system, Oracle e-Business Suite SE, SPSS, and many other decision support software and valuable industrial and global economic databases.
